I was very lucky to get a ticket to see Pamela Wyn Shannon play at the Green Note. It was sold out, wonderful vibe in that tiny venue. I have played the album over, and over.


I respect it even more after finding a radio interview online where it is revealed that she recorded the album herself. Its sonically very interesting, and well mixed and mastered. It was mixed stateside by the same chap who mixed the Marissa Nadler albums


The guitar parts are quite intricate and amazing. Check the video below I shot at The Green Note







Madam -
This is my fav of the new Madam songs. I think its called Ghost song. It was performed on a boat on the Thames. The night/Promoter was KAPERTE

And finally Morviscous. I went to see a friends band play at an ear music event. I saw 4 0r 5 guys setting up to play what looked like an instrumental math rock set…..Then came the twist. They all donned bizarre masks, and the whole vibe of the room changed…….


It was like being hit in the face with a big wet fish, and this is how it sounded…
